Intense ruby red color, with hints of mixed berries with vanilla aroma. Full but delicate. Its vivacity predispositions it to longevity. The persistent aftertaste amplifies its elegance.

Montepulciano, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese e Merlot.

Refining

In medium toasted French oak barriques for 18 months and 5 months in bottles.

Food pairing

Serve at 18-20°C to accompany fine first courses such as: hearty meat pasta dishes and polenta. For main courses, it goes well with grilled meats and stews; one can even pair it with aged cheese and liver pâté. As a teaser, try it with a piece of dark chocolate and a cigar.
