Refining

50% in stainless steel vats with inert gas protection; the remaining 50% in barrels with racking at the end of bâtonnage until March. The two parts are brought together with imbottlement following.

Food pairing

Served at 10°C as companion for all types of entrées and dishes. Excellent as aperitif.
