General Characteristics

BIANCO – TERRE DI CHIETI – IGT

Grapes: Falanghina and Trebbiano.

Refining: In stainless steel vats protected by inert gas, clarification and bottling in March.

Sensory evaluation: Straw yellow color, intense ripe fruit aroma, good structure, harmonious, sapid, and excellent persistent fragrance.

Food pairing: Served at 8-10°C; goes well with seafood, excellent with raw hors d’oeuvres, spaghetti with clams, grilled mixed vegetables and fresh cheese.
